Resident
Exclusive use of a desk 7 days a week at AltSpace and reasonable use of all the amenities including:
- high speed Internet with both wifi and wired access,
- printers, photocopier and data projectors,
- 50 Gb of secure file storage or backup
- secure document destruction,
- complimentary tea, coffee and filtered water, and
- use of all the AltSpace meetings rooms.
This Resident Plan is $600 per month plus security key bond# for 24 hour access.# Security key bond is $150 and fully refundable on return of the key.
Nomad
The Nomad Plan provides the use of a desk up to 2 days a week and all the same amenities as the Resident Plan. Ideal if you just need a desk and a place to work in the capital just a few days a week. Additionally we offer a local mail collection service.
This Nomad Plan is $250 per month plus security key bond for 24 hour access.# Security key bond is $150 and fully refundable on return of the key.
Capital Office
Operating out of Auckland, Christchurch, Dunedin or another centre and need a presence in the capital? AltSpace offers a competitive regional office package that may just suit your needs without the heavy start up costs or minimum commitment.
The service includes:
- Wellington phone and fax numbers answered by a professional receptionist.
- A Wellington CBD address with mail pick up and forwarding.
- Use of a desk two days a week.
- Use of meeting rooms and boardroom with your guests greeted by our receptionist.
- Complimentary tea and coffee available for your meeting.
- Free Internet access and reasonable use of our office equipment such as photocopiers, projectors, printers and secure document destruction.
- We also provide a secure locker for storage.
All of this for $400.00 per month plus security key bond for 24 hour access.# Security key bond is $150 and fully refundable on return of the key.
VOIP Phone & Fax Service
Full telephony solution that includes voicemail, remote access and call forwarding, with either your own VOIP handset or using software installed on your computer. Free calls to over 40 countries and your Wellington local phone number for only $20 per month. Cost for calling mobile phones at calls outside the free calling countries will be billed at $0.39 per minute.
Receptionist
Let our receptionist answer your phone when you are unable with either an AltSpace supplied phone service or your own number redirected to ours. We will answer the phone with your company name and the message you choose, take messages or redirect the call to your phone or mobile. The receptionist service is $50 per month plus any costs for telephony costs such as call forwarding and phone service.
Casual Usage
Meeting Rooms
AltSpace has four meeting rooms with high-speed wired and wifi Internet access available to book. When you book one of our meeting rooms we can greet you and your clients with your company’s logo in our reception and provide tea, coffee and biscuits. Catering can be arranged at cost plus cleaning fee of $50.Use our videoconference facilities in any of our meeting rooms for an extra $25 per hour.
Boardroom (Tui)
A boardroom that seats 12 people and includes:
- PC with 42” LCD monitor,
- fully equipped for video conferencing*
- Blu-ray player,
- audio system,
- electronic whiteboard,
- flipchart,
- data projector with 100” screen,
Usage rate is $50 per hour, $175 per half day or $250 for the entire day.
Executive Office (Kea)
A private meeting room that seats 8 people with amazing harbour views and includes:
- PC with x” LCD screen,
- fully equipped for video conferencing*
- whiteboard
Usage rate is $40 per hour, $150 per half day or $200 for the entire day.
Standard Room (Weka and Pukeko)
A meeting room for up to 6 people and includes:
- whiteboard,
- speaker phone,
- video conference by arrangement.
Usage rate is $20 per hour, $75 per half day or $125 for the entire day.
Desk
Need a desk in the city for a few hours or days? AltSpace can suit your needs with access to all the amenities during office hours. Also includes usage of a networked PC if required. Office hours are 8.30am to 5.00pm weekdays.
Casual rate is $20 per hour or $90 for the day.
Video Conferencing
Ability to add video conferencefacility to any of your meetings in our rooms for just $25 per hour.
Other Services
PC Rental
Need a computer? You can rent one of our PCs with a 17”inch LCD screen and **spec** for as little as $25 per month. Options include Microsoft Windows or Unbuntu operating system plus a full MS Office suite.
Server Hosting
Your server equipment can be hosted in our air-conditioned server room equipped with two racks and UPS. $125 per month provides you with 2 RU, 400 KA of power usage and reasonable use of Internet bandwidth per month.
